Fallon embodies the definitive spirit of Finnegan & Burger Inc, with a wide-ranging expertise in civil and commercial litigation, privacy, cyber and media law.

Fallon graduated with an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand before completing her LLM in General Law.

She is an admitted attorney with right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa.

Fallon has previously gained valuable practical experience with a large firm working on complex litigious and commercial matters, often partnering with the best senior and junior counsel in the country.

In addition, she has created key business solutions for clients such as developing one-of-a-kind Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”) compliance solutions which include, data protection and privacy advice, drafting related data and privacy agreements, policies and procedure documents and the preparation and implementation of comprehensive incident response plans, to specifically address the needs of clients’ businesses.

Her approach is deeply rooted in a commitment to her clients, making her a trusted advisor and litigator. Holding an LLB and an LLM from Wits, Fallon's approach is marked by diligence, innovative solutions, and a dedication.
